Bathroom with a wood-look tile walk-in shower and white double vanity

Bathroom remodeling

Primary suites, hall baths, and powder rooms — including the plumbing and fixture moves other bids gloss over.

  • Tub-to-shower conversions
  • Custom tile showers, niches & benches
  • Vanities, mirrors & lighting
  • Shower valves, tub spouts & fixtures
  • Drywall, paint & finish work

Tub-to-shower conversions

Swap a dated tub for a walk-in shower with proper waterproofing, a new valve, and tile that’s built to last — often in the same footprint.

Tile & flooring

Shower surrounds, kitchen floors, and bath floors in porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone, set over the right prep so it stays put.

Refreshes & repairs

Not every job is a full remodel. Vanity swaps, fixture updates, re-grouts, drywall and paint — scoped and quoted the same careful way.

Questions

Before you ask for a quote

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?

It depends on size, layout changes, and the materials you choose — which is exactly why our quotes are line-item. Every estimate breaks out labor and gives you clear material allowances for tile, cabinets, fixtures, and finishes, so you can dial the budget up or down where it matters to you — and you’ll see the whole quote in writing before deciding anything.

What’s a material allowance?

It’s a budget set aside in your quote for items you’ll pick out — tile, a vanity, mirrors, light fixtures, faucets. We estimate a realistic allowance for each; if you choose something under the allowance, you pay less, and if you fall in love with an upgrade, you know the difference up front. No surprises.

How long will my remodel take?

Most hall baths take two to three weeks and most kitchens three to five, depending on scope and material lead times. Before we start you’ll get a schedule, and we’ll keep you posted as the work moves along.

Can you move plumbing, electrical, or walls?

Yes — relocating a light fixture over a new vanity, adding a shower valve with a tub spout, moving a sink or range: that’s everyday work for us, and it’s all quoted in writing before we open a wall.

Where do you work?

We’re based in Alpine and serve all of San Diego — from the coast to the mountains, including El Cajon, Lakeside, Santee, La Mesa, Ramona, Pine Valley, Descanso, and Julian. Not sure if you’re in range? Ask in the quote form and we’ll let you know.
